The PSC has no jurisdiction over: rural electric and telephone co-operatives; cellular phone service; interstate phone service; telemarketing practices; cable TV; municipally-owned utilities; propane vendors; motor carriers (except carriers of passengers, household goods and garbage); and damage claims.
