Welcome to the Montana Public Service Commission's eDocuments system.
The Login eDocuments section is used to request notification of new eDocuments on the website, upload eDocuments and register/update a Telecommunications Carrier.
Except for PSC-created documents, the PSC neither controls the content nor verifies the accuracy of electronically filed documents. The availability of electronic documents is a convenience to the public. electronically filed documents are not official records of the PSC. Official records of the PSC are available for review at the PSC offices or are available upon request to the PSC.
What is available in the eDocuments login section?
eFiling – Most incoming documents from parties and all outgoing PSC documents in Montana PSC Utility Division dockets are now being eFiled and posted on our website where anyone can view and/or download the eDocuments. NOTE: It is not necessary to create an eDocuments account in order to view/download eDocuments. Just enter the appropriate search criteria on the eDocuments search page.
eDocuments Notification Request – Users of eDocuments Notification Request will receive emailed notifications when incoming and outgoing documents are posted on the PSC website. The email includes a link to the posted document in PDF format and links to the entire docket file under which that document was posted.
Telecommunications Carrier Registration – Carriers must have an eDocuments account in order to register, edit or delete an existing registration.
